The Earth Charter is a tool and roadmap to establish the principles of Sustainable Development.

There are 16 principles that address the Care of the Community of Life, Social Justice, Ecological Integrity, Economic Justice, Democracy, Non-Violence, Human Rights. It is considered as the ethical part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Agenda 2030.

There are 89 countries that currently work with it, as individuals, governments, business or educational entities.
